1.] PRODUCT VALIDITY, MODIFICATIONS & AMENDMENTS

  • All requests for booking modifications/amendments can be done by yourself using our booking engine or must be directed to the Free Tour Rome Customer Care Team via email at @Email
  • If you request a date/time change Free Tour Rome will attempt to honor your request; However Free Tour Rome cannot guarantee date/time change requests as all requests and amendments are subject to availability.
  • EMAIL: Please check your email. We always send out emails but unfortunately sometimes they end up in the spam folder, check and save our email address as safe!
  • Free Tour Rome reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour that you have booked at www.freetourrome.com, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.

2.] PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Free Tour Rome can accept all mayor credit cards: American express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.
  • Full payment or deposit by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Airotour on the credit card statement.
  • In all prices we charge, taxes are included.
  • Note that a small booking fee will be charged per person for our free tours, and prices are subject to change based on demand. To ensure you secure your place and get the best price, we recommend booking early as our free tours tend to sell out quickly during the high season.
  • Canceling a booking with Free Tour Rome can result in cancellation fees being applied by Free Tour Rome, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via Email of the successful cancellation and cancellation fees incurred. Cancellations cannot be confirmed via telephone.
  • Free Tour Rome enforces a 72 hour advance refund policy.
  • Cancellations can be done either by yourself using our booking engine or be communicated via E-mail at @Email NO less than 72 hours in advance of the tour in order to receive a refund.
  • No partial refunds will be given for any cancellations made within 72 hours of a tour.
  • No partial refunds are available once a tour has commenced.
  • No partial refunds are given in case of either delay or non-appearance on the part of the customer.
  • You can create a user account to manage your bookings, saving your personal settings, and to write reviews. The data provided by you (your name, email address, telephone number, payment details, etc) will be used by only authorized personnel that are permitted to access personal data, and they can do so solely for the purposes of their work.
2.1] VATICAN MUSEUM TOUR - BOOKING INFO
  • For the Vatican museum tour we ask an deposit to be paid online.
  • You are kindly requested to be in our office about 15 - 30 minutes before the starting time of the tour. (Address will be in the confirmation email you receive after you made your booking)
  • Please be able to show your booking invoice on a mobile device or print it to show in the office. In case you can't find it you can login to our reservation engine and download the pdf invoice from there: https://airoko.com
  • In case you arrive too late in the office we will try to put you on the next tour which normally take place 1 hour after. This is not an guarantee but we do our best.
2.2] COLOSSEUM TOUR - BOOKING INFO
  • For the Colosseum tour we ask an deposit to be paid online.
  • You are kindly requested to be in our office about 15 - 30 minutes before the starting time of the tour. (Address will be in the confirmation email you receive after you made your booking)

3.] DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • Free Tour Rome accepts no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. This is not limited to, but may include:
  • EMAIL: We always send out emails (in case you gave us the right email address) but unfortunately sometimes they end up in the spam folder, check and save our email address as safe! We can not be responsible if you fail to read the email with details which we send you.
  • The closure of venues which Free Tour Rome tours visits, where and when the closure of that venue is out of the control of Free Tour Rome or where Free Tour Rome is not notified by the Venue with ample time to notify the clients, which may be due to inclement weather, manifestations and protests or simply the last-minute decision of the venue.
  • The inability of our tour to access certain monuments/areas and/or venues due to restrictions caused by excessive traffic, inclement weather, manifestations and protests or due to that area being restored/under construction or covered/obstructed from public view.
  • Disclaimer: The Colosseum night tour begins at 18:00. Due to the summer season, it may not be fully dark at this time, which is beyond our control. The term 'night' in the tour title is used to convey the unique experience of visiting the Colosseum during evening hours. Following the tour, you'll have the opportunity to explore the area anew, armed with a wealth of knowledge gained during the tour."
