Please carefully read the terms and the conditions for bookings made on FreeTourRome.com

✅ You can modify your booking via our booking engine or by emailing our Customer Care Team at @Email.
✅ Date/time change requests are subject to availability — we will do our best but cannot guarantee availability.
✅ Always check your spam folder if you haven’t received an email. Mark our address as safe!
✅ We reserve the right to cancel or change tours. If you’re not satisfied with alternatives, you’ll get a full refund.

✅ We accept major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
✅ Full payment or a deposit is required at booking. Charges appear as Airotour.
✅ All prices include taxes.
✅ A small booking fee is charged per person. Prices may vary by season and demand.
✅ Cancellations may involve fees. Confirmations are sent by email only, not by phone.
✅ We enforce a 72-hour advance refund policy.
✅ Cancel via our booking engine or by emailing us at @Email at least 72 hours in advance for a refund.
❌ No partial refunds for cancellations within 72 hours, after a tour has started, or for late/no-shows.
✅ You can create an account to manage bookings and write reviews. Your personal data is securely handled.

✅ A deposit is required to book the Vatican Museum tour.
✅ Arrive at our office 15–30 minutes before your tour (address in your confirmation email).
✅ Show your booking on a mobile device or printed. Can’t find it? Download it at airoko.com.
✅ If you’re late, we’ll try to reschedule you for the next tour (1 hour later). Not guaranteed, but we’ll try.

✅ We’re not responsible for cancellations or delays due to war, weather, protests, venue closures, etc.
✅ Always check spam/junk email folders — we’re not liable if our email goes unread.
✅ We can’t control venue closures without prior notice. This may include weather, protests, or restorations.
✅ We’re not liable for access restrictions due to traffic, weather, protests, or public works.
⚠️ Colosseum night tours start at 18:00. It may still be light out. The term “night” refers to late-day access, not darkness.
